Well...not so fast-
here is the link to the LA Times article.
An LA City councilman, Dennis Zine, is porposing to alter the way fines are calculated. It has not come up for a vote yet.

But I would develop a huge mancrush on the bald headed sod if he got it passed.

If you paid for the special spray, you paid too much.

Y'know, between the "special spray" that prvents you from getting a speeding ticket, and the "slave transport" bidness, I should be getting rich somehow.

So many rubes, so little of their disability checks coming my way...Damn.
