OK... after multi-tasking via text, IM, phone, and carrier pigeon, I think we have an idea of what we are or can do.
There is a hot tub and pool at the hotel, so bring your swim suits! There is also a shuttle to and from the airport.
Friday night, the bunch of us are going to do dinner, and if I can find a place to do kareoke, then we can do that, too.
Saturday morning, a tour of the sights in D.C. is on the agenda. Right now, we are thinking that a tour bus type deal may be the best so we don't get exhausted before the party. We can get into the city via connector bus and take one of the tours, get pictures, etc., without killing ourselves, and come back to the hotel and take a nap, a swim, a not nap... whatever, and then get ready to go to the club.
We are planning light fare at the club, probably pizza or subs (not the kind with collars), salad, soft drinks, etc. Nothing fancy because it's going to be a time to relax and play.
Sunday morning, whoever needs to get to the airport, just needs to let us know what flight times, etc. are.
If you have a late Sunday flight or a Monday flight, we can hang out and do some local hopping around.
If there is anything that I'm missing, please tell me. I don't have a sub girl this year to manage things, and I need my brain jumpstarted now and again.
