Good evening: I can appreciate that some people are at different stages in their search and may not want to erase their profile completely. Or, as many profiles state, some might just be here to read the forums (which are very informative and often fun) or meet/talk with other like-minded people. I have met a couple of people from this site and while they were amazing experiences, I needed to take a step back for a while. I erased almost everything on my profile but do not go invisible because a. I don't actually know how yet <grins> and 2. when I go into a chatroom I at least want the basics there in case anyone cares to take a look. I enjoy reading the profile of someone chatting and want to return the favor. Alright <hangs her head in shame> I totally perv every single profile whenever I am in chat...its an addiction. I am just curious and its fun to see where people are from, how old they are, etc. Here I am at the end of my post and I have absolutely no cure or words of wisdom for your problem. I simply do not see it as a problem....but would defend your right to just go on about it without feeling any urge whatsoever to change my ways. <smiles> Best wishes and good luck with your search.

For one thing, there's a filter on this site in the search - "they are seeking ...." - you can select Doms/Switches/Poly/etc. In short - if you set the right filter, and there are people whose profile does not match their 'sepcifications' - you have a legitimate right to complain, maybe even officially. If not - then it's YOUR fault that you are hoping to find a high percentage of eligibility

For the longest time I didn't have much of anything in my profile, and felt a bit hypocritical. I guess it was just a matter of getting comfortable.

i had to peek into this thread to see what was so exciting that in just an hour we're up to 2 pages already. Only to find it was an OP who was clogging up our forum with a rant about clogging up the site. Huh.
