i have found as a slave that it can be hard to make IRL slave friends, simply because every slave's Owner is different in regards to the types of interactions they allow with others.
i would suggest that you search for local BDSM groups in your area - i don't know Seattle, but it seems there should be some - and then attend some meetings and see if you connect with any other submissives and slaves in that way. Perhaps other people here from your area could suggest a group.
Also, FetLife can be a good site to network with people to meet in real life. CollarMe seems to be good to meet people in certain areas, but for the most part it seems to me that the members of these boards primarily are here for online discussion.
i would suggest that when talking with other slaves please remember that each Owner/slave relationship is unique, and that what works for one (or some) may not work for others, and what your Master asks of you may be different from others as well, which is fine, as long as it works for you and you are fulfilled as your Master's slave.
