100 punishments (Full Version)

For my domme, I'm trying to compile a list of 100 punishments, both enjoyable and punishing-punishments. Now, for the record, these are done from the perspective of a male sub under a female dom, so although I tried to keep it gender neutral, some of the punishments are specific to punishing males. (These ones should be obvious.)

Anyway, while designing the list, I figured, "Many in the community could make use of an easily accessible list of punishments for when a couple is having trouble figuring what to do next, or there's a need for a punishment or a "punishment" and the mind draws up a blank. (For the record, the dom over me has told me to strike 7-10 from my personal lists as not interesting her, so replacement suggestions are appreciated for those ones too.)

Please put up any punishments in this style:
Punishment name - Punishment Category
Punishment Description
Harshness Level (0-5, 0 being not harsh at all, 5 being a major actual real punishment)
Pleasure Level (0-5, 0 being not pleasurable at all, 5 being likely to induce orgasm immediately.)


Anyway, these are the categories I have so far:
Right Revocations, Pain Punishments, Humiliation Punishments, Objectification, Housework, and Pleasure Punishments. If a punishment you think of doesn't fit into these categories, feel free to assign it a different one.

Here is my list so far:
Right Revocation Punishments
  1. Revocation of Speaking Rights - usually enforced by some sort of gag.
    • Harshness Level: 3
    • Pleasure Level 1.

  2. Revocation of Seeing Rights - usually enforced by a blindfold
    • Harshness Level 4 (assuming continuing moving around house is required)
    • Pleasure Level 2

  3. Revocation of Walking Rights Variant 1 - punishee is required to remain on all fours when moving about the house.
    • Harshness Level: 3
    • Pleasure Level: 2

  4. Revocation of Walking Rights Variant 2 - ankles and thighs are each strapped together, forcing movement around house to be done by hopping.
    • Harshness Level: 4
    • Pleasure Level 1
    • If combined with Revocation of Walking Rights Variant 1, would result in only being able to 'inchworm' around the house. Result would have a Harshness Level 5, Pleasure level 3.

  5. Revocation of Free Butt rights Level 1 - Buttplug (or similar device) inserted. Removal only with express consent of punisher.
    • Harshness Level: 2
    • Pleasure Level: 2

  6. Revocation of Free Butt rights Level 2 - Similar to Level 1, but plug insertion is preceded by an enema of warm water which is not allowed to empty.
    • Harhness Level: 4
    • Pleasure Level: 3

  7. Revocation of Self Reference Rights - Punishee must refer to self in the third person. Any infraction may result in additional punishment.
    • Harshness Level: 3
    • Pleasure Level: 0

  8. Revocation of Gender Identity Rights - Punishee will henceforth be referred to as the opposite gender or as an it, depending on desire of Punisher. The Punishee is encouraged to act as if actually is the new identity. Infractions may be punishable.
    • Harshness Level: 2
    • Pleasure Level: 1

  9. Revocation of Bathroom Privileges Variant 1 - Punishee will no longer be allowed to use the toilet. Diapers will be used instead. Punishee will change and wash and/or throw away old ones promptly.
    • Harshness Level: 4
    • Pleasure Level: 2

  10. Revocation of Bathroom Privileges Variant 2 - Punishee will no longer be allowed to use the toilet. Diapers will be used instead. Punisher will change punishee when they feel like getting around to it.
    • Harshness Level: 5
    • Pleasure Level: 4

  11. Revocation of Free Movement Rights Level 1 - Punishee will be put on a leash that Punisher can attach to things or hold onto as desired.
    • Harshness Level: 2
    • Pleasure Level: 2

  12. Revocation of Free Movement Rights Level 2 - Punishee will have wrists tied to something, unable to move away from that spot, and greatly restricting upper body movement.
    • Harshness Level: 3
    • Pleasure Level: 3

  13. Revocation of Free Movement Rights Level 3 - Punishee will secured at both ankles and wrists, and around waist if option is available.
    • Harshness Level: 4
    • Pleasure Level: 4


Pain Punishments

  • Spanking Level 1 - A couple quick slaps to the butt with bare hand.
    • Harshness Level: 1
    • Pleasure Level 1

  • Spanking Level 2 - Removal of any clothing over butt, bending punishee over punisher's knee, and a series of quick slaps to the butt with bare hand.
    • Harshness Level: 2
    • Pleasure Level: 2

  • Spanking Level 3 - Same as level 2, but using a paddle or back of a hairbrush to do the spanking.
    • Harshness Level: 3
    • Pleasure Level: 2

  • One foot - Punishee is only allowed to stand on one foot when not walking.
    • Harshness Level: 1
    • Pleasure Level: 0

  • Body Walking Level 1 - Punisher has punishee lie down, and walks on punishee barefoot.
    • Harshness Level: 2
    • Pleasure Level: 1

  • Body Walking Level 2 - Same as body walking level 1, but punisher wears shoes.
    • Harshness Level: 3
    • Pleasure Level: 0

  • Body Walking Level 3 - Same as body walking level 1 and 2, but punisher wears high heels.
    • Harshness Level 4
    • Pleasure Level: 2

    Humiliation Punishments
  • Shaving Level 1 - Punishee is forced to shave pubic hair.
    • Harshness Level: 1
    • Pleasure Level: 0 (raised to 2 if punisher carefully does the shaving)

  • Shaving Level 2 - Punishee is forced to shave arm and leg hair
    • Harshness Level: 3
    • Pleasure Level: 0 (raised to 1 if punisher carefully does the shaving.)

  • Public Clothing Level 1 - Punisher takes punishee out on errends or around town while punishee wears special underwear, unable to be seen.
    • Harshness Level: 1
    • Pleasure Level: 3

  • Public Clothing Level 2 - Same as level 1 Public clothing, but punishee is also required to wear special socks which risk being seen.
    • Harshness Level: 2
    • Pleasure Level: 3

  • Public Clothing Level 3 - Same as level 2 Public clothing, but 'goth style' black fingernail polish and lipstick is included.
    • Harshness Level 3
    • Pleasure Level 2

  • Public Clothing Level 4 - Same as level 3 Public clothing, but lipstick and nailpolish are done instead in the 'so subtle to be unnoticeable' but where someone who notices will have no doubt they are done for feminine reasons.
    • Harshness Level 4
    • Pleasure Level 1

  • Public Clothing Level 5 - Spend as much time as possible prepping punishee to be unmistakably female, to where the average person would not realize punishee is male, even on close inspection. (This would probably require body-shaving punishments done first.) Then punisher takes out punishee for errands. (To maintain feminine illusion, Punisher should require punishee to remain silent to ensure illusion isn't broken, and find way to disguise hands, feet, and adam's apple.)
    • Harshness Level 5
    • Pleasure Level 2

  • Chore Clothing - Send punishee to take out trash (or similar short-term task) in full maid outfit.
    • Harshness Level 4
    • Pleasure Level 1

  • Guests Level 1 - Have punishee, in full maid uniform, serve as such while you have guests over who are in the know.
    • Harshness Level 3
    • Pleasure Level 1

  • Guests Level 2 - Same as Level 1, but allow guests to use punishee as they see fit (informing them ahead of time to stay within punishee's hard limits of course).
    • Harshness Level: 4
    • Pleasure Level: 4

    Objectification
  • Human Footrest - Punishee gets on all fours, and serves as a footrest for punisher.
    • Harshness Level 1
    • Pleasure Level 1

  • Human Chair - Punishee gets on all fours, and serves as a chair for punisher
    • Harshness Level 2
    • Pleasure Level 2

  • Mobile Pleasure Device - Punishee has arms strapped down and shirt (or similar) put over. Gag is put in place. Punishee is forced to stay in one place unless called for by punisher. Upon calling, punishee will go to punisher, and present butt, cock, or mouth (of course requiring punisher to remove gag) as commanded. Punisher will then use body part as seen fit. When finished, punishee will silently return to designated place.

  • Pleasure Box - Punishee is put in a box (for early attempts, a large cardboard box should suffice.) The box will have holes for various uses.   • Statue Variant 1 - Punishee is told to hold a position and not move until punishment has ended, and thusly ignored. Any infraction results in additional punishment.

  • Statue Variant 2 - Same as Statue Variant 1, but punishee is focus of multiple types of attention and action instead of ignored (especially erotic kinds).
    • Harshness Level 3
    • Pleasure Level 4

  • Human Bra - Since normal bras are uncomfortable, punishee is required to follow punisher around, arms around punisher's torso, providing continual support.
    • Harshness Level 1
    • Pleasure Level 2

  • Human Serving Platter - Punisher has a meal, and the punishee is the dish onto which food is placed. Punishee must stay completely still for this.
    • Harshness Level 1
    • Pleasure Level 2 (or higher depending on regions where food is placed, and how taken from 'plate')

    Housework
  • Sweeping Machine - Punishee has wrists tied behind back and is forced to knees. A broom head is attached to punishee's mouth. Punishee exists just to sweep dust into dustpans that Punisher puts out.
    • Harshness Level 3
    • Pleasure Level 1

  • Erotic Washer - Hands bound, and rags, brushes, etc. are strapped to punishee's cock and groin areas. Punishee is forced to clean designated objects with them.
    • Harshness Level 2
    • Pleasure Level 3

  • Natural Litter cleaner - Clean cats' litter box with bare hands (no scoop.) Allowing punishee to wash hands afterwards is recommended.
    • Harshness Level 3

    Pleasure Punishments
  • Protien Shake - Punishee wears condom, and punisher brings punishee to orgasm any way possible. Punishee is then forced to drink with contents of condom mixed in.
    • Harshness Level 3
    • Pleasure Level 4

  • Ecstasy Variant 1 (Orgasm Control) - Punishee is strapped down, denied sight, gagged, and retrained in every way possible. Punisher than proceeds to pleasure punishee erotically, but punishee will receive multiple punishments for any orgasm.
    • Harshness Level 2
    • Pleasure Level 5

  • Ecstasy Variant 2 (Silent Turkey Stuffer) - Punishee is strapped down and used as punisher sees fit, similar to Variant 1, but punishee is not gagged and not punished for orgasm, instead, punishee is punished for each moan, grunt, or other noise punishee makes. Each of these is punished by a small object (such as a link in a line of anal beads, marbles, etc.) being inserted into the ass. At first this may not be punishment, but goal is to force punishee to the point where so much stuff is in that they can't hold it in any further. Release of held objects may result in more punishment.

    I can see you put some time and thought in here, but my very first reaction was "THAT is pleasurable???" and "Why is that only a 1, I LOVE that"  and pleasure vs pain? A whole other subjective disagreement. Plus in some situations, something is pleasurable, and when you are being reprimanded, it's not, so how do you categorize that? So overall it seems to be a fun personal exercise, but beyond a general concept, not very applicable. Just my .02.

    Wow. A lot of those would be rewards to a lot of male subs. I think you're trying to pull the wool over your dom's eyes.

    My slaveboy and I don't have a reward/punishment dynamic, so I can't help ya except to say that I think reading your entire list would probably be a harsh punishment. For your dom, though. If she actually does try to read it. My eyes glazed over quickly, when I tried. Are you sure she's the dom and you're the sub?

    Honestly, i see none of these as really punishments - more as some say, "funishments" - there's an element of kink and/or pleasure for the sub/slave in all of them.

    Punishment to me is not fun, or pleasureable, at all, and is to be avoided at all costs.

    That said, for your dynamic, if this works for you, have fun with it.

    Honestly OP I couldn't read the whole thing. Some of these seem like health risks though for example # 6 and 10 in the first part.

    Honestly, if there's a problem we discuss it. We figure out what happened and why and how to avoid it in the future.'

    Which may mean him paying attention to my schedule or me having to list stuff in my day planner since if it isn;t written down, it doesn't exist - ADD.

    But if he needed to wallop me every second of every day, then we just wouldn't be compatible.

    I'm fully aware that a lot of these will have different pleasure & harshness ratings for different people (also notice, that these are not against eachother, as often things that are harsh are also pleasurable.)

    The harshness/pleasure ratings ARE subjective. I'm not asking that each person put what the ratings are for their ideas in the grand scheme of things, just their personal ratings on it.

    And yea, I know it's a long list... and it's only about half of what my dom is eventually going to get. For the record, she likes to assign me homework. How she uses the list (or anyone else for that matter) is up to her, not me.

    And for the record, the harshness/pleasure is from the sub's perspective, as the dom when going through the list, and deciding, will easily be able to decide how much or how little they'd enjoy giving the punishment. It allows the dom to tailor the choice of punishment for the effect they're going for, whether to actually punish, or just pleasure with a punishment as an excuse.

    And yes, a lot of these are "punishments" with quotes around them, and not actual punishments, hence the quotes (also the reason for the rating system).

    Oh, and zepheroftheNorth, 6 & 10 are actually semi-common kinks. As with all kinks, you don't want to try and hurt the other person, but if couples are safe about their actions, there shouldn't be much risk either. With 6, you wouldn't really want to leave leave the enema in for more than an hour (and probably do it after the sub has gone to the restroom recently) but no more dangerous than holding it when trying to find a bathroom, and #10, the biggest problem is diaper rash if ignored too long.

    As for everone else... I'll try to make the list so far more readable....

    FYI... we have a great word here... funishments. They aren't actual punishments. They are (for example) spankings for the hot sexy fun of it. "Oh you were so naughty, weren't you, you bad little thing, you?" that kind of thing. *It's just a little term that makes things clearer for folks.

    And by the way, what do you care if this list is hard for us to decipher? It's your thing for your M-type, not for us.

    Also, I did not read all the list or the thread, but you can do a search on this site with the term "punishment" and find a whole slew of threads dedicated to this very thing. Why are you asking us to do the work for you?

    This was my question as I read the list. 

    OP,  I'd be curious to know why you were coming up with this list instead of your domme.  As has already been mentioned, many things on your list are more funishment as opposed to actual punishment. 

    Personally, I see punishment as a last resort...a type of aversion therapy to correct an issue where other types of modification or disipline have proven to be unsuccessful.  Of course, your dynamic could be quite different..."to each their own said the lady as she kissed the cow" sort of thing.

    Unfortunately, I don't have any ideas to add because the punishments I would come up with would not be fun and they would be used to prove a point...not to get the sub off.

    I hope the OP has a pretty binder to put this in.  Presentation is everything.  Instead of being bad and requiring punishment, why not come up with a list of things you can do to better serve your dominant?
