That'd depend on the local laws. I know here in the Twin Cities, you're responsible for any sidewalk that fronts your property. If you don't shovel it, the city will do it for you, and assess you for it. Term's plan would backfire on him here, big time. To the tune of big bucks.

Yeah, Term, if you can get them to keep you, I'd do that. I wouldn't be looking for a payoff from this. You have no damages.

Yes, except for the emotional trauma of the possibility of being unprotected. Oh woe is me.

However now I got another letter from them stating that the cancellation has been cancelled.

It has gone just too well.

Gosh- my car insurance went up and I am still trying to switch to the cheaper place.  What a red tape machine.
