Oh, this isn't the first time I've come across really bizzare mutilation fantasies. Some years ago, on some website I came across while just surfing around I came across one that I will never forget. This guy actually wanted a Domme to castrate him and then chop his nuts up, fry them in a pan with butter, and then eat them in front of him (I swear to God, I am not making that up)! That's not a guy with kinky fantasies - that's a guy with serious issues!
As a flaming heterosexual who greatly enjoys the pleasure he gets from his dangly bits, I just have a hard time imagining any guy wanting to permantely disable them.
I agree that the trans-gendered dount count - that's just someone bringing their outer self more in line with their inner self (a courage many people lack and one that I greatly admire).
Although I'll never try 'em (I won't even eat Rocky Mountain oysters) I can't help but wonder what wine would go good with pan fried butter nuts.
