Dishonesty.

Inconsistency.

Not listening.

That said, PAY ATTENTION but don't jump to conclusions - good or bad.

Bad will out itself soon enough.

Anyone* asking for money before meeting in person.

*Unless said person is a known professional and the money is a deposit on a booked session.  Even then, be sure to get references before making said deposit.

People who aren't compatible with you.

You might hate someone who is jealous. But to me that shows he cares passionately.

You might hate a daddy/little girl dynamic, but others love it.

You need to figure out what you need in a partner and reject anyone who doesn't fit with you.

Avoid the same "types of people" as you would in "real life."

There are no magic keys to success in this lifestyle.  At least, none different than those in RL.

Looking for such filters is going to get you in more trouble than not having them at all. LOL!  What I mean is; that by concentrating on such a filter, you'll blind yourself to the fact that RL and "this" lifestyle are no different than RL with one exception; that being that the folks here are kinky.

So, looking for such filters tells me that you think there are some....... when there are not.  Concenetrate on YOUR gut when dealing with YOUR set of kinky peeps.

You avoid the same types you would avoid anywhere. Bdsm doesn't change that. If you've made it to the age you are you must have some kind of clue what types of people to avoid.

I try to stay away from the blood splattered ones. Especially, if they're carrying around a bloody knife or axe or a chainsaw.

People who think too little of themselves-or too much.

And the ones who smell like goat cheese.

It is best to avoid people...in general first...( meeting wise).
First learn and watch. Take time.
On here people ( online) can "act" any person they want to be.

Take time.

Just remember..nice people can hurt feelings too.

Listen to your gut. If they claim to know what they are doing, but it really seems like they don't....STAY AWAY.
