Cabin fever has set in. We're in the mood for a freak show. So....we're going here this wekend: www.wickedfaire.com We will not be dressed as Robin Hood and Maid Marian. Anyone else going? If so...why? Any tips on what to expect?

OK...just starting to move. Got home around three. We had a fucking blast. It was like being in the bar scene From Star Wars with a pulse. There was a great Tea Party in the lobby. Transvestites, furries, mad hatters, rabbits, pirates, wenches, palm readers, goth Alice's....it just was unending. Everyone was there for pure fun. There were no attitudes and no one was trying to prove they were the "ultimate". The emt workers and hotel staff had a dazed look on their faces. The regular traveling guests looked stunned. It took over all of the entire public spaces of the hotel. We will be back next year. I'm still grinning ear to ear...
