http://www.printerworks.com/HP-Parts-LaserJet/Roller-Kit.html ok- the clip that holds the ink cartridge into the holder broke and lost. so now the all in one- wont do anything. what is the name of the part I want- and where do I get it?

Make a picture of the part and send it to the company in the link. Perhaps they can help.

They sell everything. But an FYI...when my son crammed a Twinkie down the paper shoot of my printer, it was cheaper to get a new one (printer, not Twinkie) than to have it repaired.

Hunky, this is the time for you to sit back and determine if you really need an AIO. If not, then I'd recommend buying a laser printer. I bought one about five years ago and it's never needed a toner replacement. You can get a laser for under $100 if you shop carefully. Inkjets burn through catridges pretty fast, and they're expensive.

Have you tried contacting customer service for the company who made the printer? If it is a part that can be easily replaced they would be the easiest source.
