(...because Lord knows I can barely manage more than one at a time!) So, thought I'd go with something a little different and just come on here once a day to post whatever's in my head that sounds good. You poor, poor people. Today's thought is for my Kitten: When looking at a big project, it's easy to get bogged down by how much there is yet to do. Instead of looking at the big, scary picture, keep your goal in mind and focus on the small steps you're taking. Regardless of how small the step, keep moving forward and you're always making progress. Hey, if Ralph Marston can do it, why can't I? [:)]

Zeph, sweetie...I think grilling is primarily an outdoor activity. (unless you have one of those indoor "grills" but...that's not really the same at all)

Why can't you go outside and grill it? I don't understand an apt. that allows elephants but not grilling. I mean...what the heck are you 'sposed to do with the elephant, yanno?

sigh At Kitten's loud and repeated insistence, putting up a thought for the day. Losing someone that you love isn't ever an easy thing, nor a happy one. When I remember my departed loved ones, though, I try to remember the good times that made those people - furry, feathered, finned, or biped - so very dear to me. Instead of mourning their death, I try to celebrate their life and that I had the opportunity of being involved in it. It doesn't make the hurt any less, but I can't ever help but smile through the tears and be grateful that I have such wonderful memories to look back on.
