Just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone was interested in an idea. I am currently with an amazing sub who treats me very well and satisfies my wants through an online realtionship. The one flaw is that there is no real group connections in my area. I would like to meet like minded Dom/mes and subs that would like to have coffee nights to socialize and talk about our explorations, experiences, techniques, and become a support for each other.
If you are near my location, please contact me and lets get to know each other. I think Eastern Ontario is in dire need of something organized. I know Ottawa is not far from Cornwall, but not everyone can do the trek as often as we would like. Email me and let's chat.

did you try googling BDSM clubs in your area? It is hard to believe there are none to be found.

Yes I have and gone into other sites. I am trying to be pro-active. The closest places are Otatwa and Montreal to me. I believe ther eis a need for somehting more in this area. I wonder if there is a better thread I should post this on.

My source lists 60 organizations and munches in Ontario.  I don't know which cities are Eastern Ontario, however, check out the link in my signature as one might be closer to you than you believe.  It's worth a try anyway.

Thank you peppermint and CarrieO. I have gone through months of trying to find something in my area. The site you sent looks familliar but I will look through it again. And as for starting somehting in my area, that's my thought. If I start with coffee and work up to bigger events.

Until this past year we traveled 2 1/2 hours to go to munch when we live in Montana.  Thankfully someone started a local munch this past summer.  That's nice but we'll still make it over to the other munch a couple times while we are there.  In AZ we normally travel 240 miles to get to the nearest dungeon.  This winter we have started a small munch group here but have no play space as yet.  I do understand the problems of traveling. 

Starting a munch is not easy.  We've worked on it for years to get it going.  Having a yahoo group and a group on FetLife has made a world of difference.  So if you do start one in your area, those are two "musts" as far as I am concerned.

If they have coffee divi they have tea too lol. I am a tea drinker myself. Do not like coffee at all. Thanks for the insight too pepermint. I know this is going to be a big undertaking. I started a writer's group in the area a few years ago and I remember the work for that. That's why many hands make light work if I can find people. I am only at the "let's see if there is an interest' stage. I appreciate the input.
