Try a Google search for cat costume / cat costumes and fur/furry boots. Cosplay might be another term you could use (furry boots cosplay should give you some results). The following terms might also work :
FURRY LEG WARMERS, Fluffies, Fur BOOT COVERS

Edit: Mittens might also work to some extend -

And then there always is eBay.

Get some rabbit fur and sew it over top of some plain "booties" that fit you. Just a suggestion!
