Good job RS, now could you do something about the length?

I suggest massive use of the Delete key.

I don't get it at all.  If a slave wants to be a slave and the Owner wants to have a slave, that's it.  The legalities are then meaningless.  OP has wasted a lot of effort on something irrelevant.

Good post, Steven *shoves a cookie in Steven's mouth*

Just so you all know, this is the initial email he sounds out to Dommes in hopes of gaining their favor. [:'(]

As a paralegal who has worked in the Guardianship (Elder Law) field and Estate field, I have to say that as far as the "Guardianship" thing goes, while I can't speak for other jurisdictions, in this area at least, one would be hard pressed to get a guardianship over someone who is not incompetent in some fasion, i.e. mentally, physically, etc. They don't just grant guardianships for any reason. And its a DAMNED expensive process. Not something one could do without an attorney. In addition, the Guardian by law must file an accounting every year, go to court, and maintain the guardianship, and if they don't they are subject to removal.

I'm a paralegal and do work in the same field.  In Virginia, it's basically the same, though jurisdictions will vary.  I tried to read the original post but my brain started to implode and I decided it wasn't worth the risk.

Although that defense failed at the Nuremberg trials, if you shake your tits at the judge, he might let you go anyway.

All SHE would have to do is spend five minutes in the presence of your awesomeness, and KNOW in her soul that I had no choice and therefore HAD to obey you.

Defense rests.  Jury applauds.  Prosecuting attorney mutters, "oh for fucks sake".  The gavel BANGS! "Case dismissed."

Doesn't this little diatribe belong in the CREATIVE WRITINGS section?

Cali

Come now Cali . . . it could happen . . . where is your spirit? Imagine this:

Let’s say we got married, and by some miracle you didn’t kill me in my sleep. Now, we celebrate our 1-month anniversary by going to a nice Italian restaurant and having some spaghetti. At dinner, instead of telling you to “go fuck yourself” as is our normal routine, I tell you to strip in public. You get arrested for indecent exposure and I bond you out.

Now it is 2 years later, long after our divorce and your court case finally comes around. Don’t you think it is a valid defense to claim you were property and like any pet, your owner should be held responsible? You could stand firmly on the defense that you “were only following orders” as “directed by God” through your church wedding vows to “honor and obey” a “marriage contract licensed by the very state that now prosecutes you”.

Although that defense failed at the Nuremberg trials, if you shake your tits at the judge, he might let you go anyway.

RS, I want you to be on my defense team should I ever need it.  [:)]

He's been spamming this place at least since I've been here with this crap. It's almost always to do with the French Foreign Legion, or police. Mind boggling.

pretty much dark but i think the op refers more to " irreversable slavery" which is bound to become non consentual at some point and thusly doesnt belong on this site.

[Realigned so it is readable. ]

For which we give sincere thanks.

Yeah, but it was so damn long that I didn't read it anyway....I'm just reading the responses!

(But yes, RS, thank you for fixing the problem!)
