There is nothing there which cannot be explained by the office equipment etc exploding. None of the flashes are anywhere near to what we would be seeing if explosives were detonated. Further, if you look above the falling building, there are more of those flashes. I know you really, really believe this nonsense, RO, but it's nothing but paranoia that any sane person is going to see right through. It's sad really, I recommend getting away from your pc for a while, go for a walk, it's really nice out. And for God's sake get back on the meds.
