A punishment, in my book, is just designed to hurt. I can enjoy to a certain extent a sound flogging or whipping (and I do), but keep with it, and it can take my breath away, and I don't mean with joy. A caning can be terribly painful. Burning or branding is much the same thing. I still bear some scars from those activities.

Those are the punishments I like/dislike. I suppose the memory of a beating is the reward, suffering through a sound thrashing is the punishment.

Humiliation is a technique that is touchy to wield effectively. It can break up a relationship, or it can strengthen it.

Humilation nope not here and punishment what is there to like, they hurt.

I like neither of the above.

I enjoy Funishment - but hate Punishment, not the punishmemnt itself, but the fact that I have done something warrenting punishment

Also, who are you? Why would I tell my deepest, darkest secrets to a stranger? Especially one who offers nothing. You're like the dude that says "what are you doing Saturday?" and I don't know how to answer. If I say "nothing" you might want to take me to a tractor pull which would bore the tears out of me. But if I say "I have plans" then I might miss out on your extra ticket to hear the Dalai Lama speak which would be an amazing experience. Firstly, i'm called some horrid name--like sweetie pie or sugar, then i'm completely humiliated when i'm sat down in a comfy chair and fed my favorite icecream. The icecream headache afterwards, truly and utterly horrible.
