I'd say that it's the emotional high..... the rush of adrenaline with the thought that something is wrong... seriously wrong, and then to find out it's a very intense gag that the dominant constructed and that they can relax and that you had their physical wellbeing in mind the whole time.... and then they can go into a more relaxed state, engaging the parasympathetic system. If you have a large sharp knife, find yourself another that you can grind down and make dull or use a flat piece of steel that has no sharp edges, corners or points. Tie her in a way that she is open and available, blindfold her and play with her skin and the sharp, pointed knife. Don't let her see the dull steel you have hidden away. quick reply to OP. I love the art of the mind fuck. There are several ways, mostly involves deception.
