They had good sex, but the Man and his Wife decided to see if there was any way he could become more well endowed. They went to the Doctor together and he comes up with these pills "They're experimental so keep me informed of any side effects" and so forth.
Well he starts taking the pills and sure enough they work very well and in a few weeks his penis was literally dragging on the ground. They go back to the Doctor and he says "I'm afraid we are going to have to operate"
