I wonder what happened to make you put on a tinfoil hat? I have dabbled and read some of these things, maybe there is some truth to it, maybe there isn't... but I have to ask, what are you getting out of dwelling on this stuff? Are you happier?

Both men have taken a hard line on anti government protests.

Now, this preemptive series of arrests surprise you why?

Considering that both of these men have pro communist philosophies, you really expect for a capitalist democracy to take hold in Russia?

I simply asked what about dwelling on conspiracy theories leads to any sort of happiness, or productiveness for that matter?

What is in it for you, there has to be something in it for you to think about this stuff all the time, or you wouldn't do it.

Our collective kin fought and died to preserve freedom which is NOT pre-emptive arrests.  Domestically, it's called preemptive arrest. On foreign soils, it's called extraordinary rendition

we are supposed to be a nation of checks and balances and equality under the law.   But we take on the same tactics as Russia- as seen as we go.   The 2008 GOP and DEM conventions both had pre emp arrests.

diseent is freedom of speech- which is what the west once stood for.  But now we become Russia

Julia, if I mis post it then gets moved. Politics is where one posts about politics.

I am happier that I no longer fall for the left right fake out.

I am not going to cheer lead the lesser of evil 2 parties.

As to happy in general- who knows.  life is a process.  it is agravating that many can not complete basic thoughts- on how things connect.  That- and the thought that government is good- would never not look out for its own people.  In the last century millions have died for governments.

But now as to that the banks run the world- and I now realize this=- I am happy to not be a glen beck hypno tv zombi

now this might come as a great shock to the bill maher wool over the eyes crowd but not all conspiracies are theories.

The government had a great one going about 10 years ago but the people have it well debunked for the bullshit it is.
