Strangely enough, Mistress is having a difficult time finding some great boots and I am looking for suggestions for either Los Angeles area or online.

I've always liked http://www.scaboots.com but that's my personal style.  They're not fetish boots per se.

Since her feet smell awful I would covertly cram something in them to try and soften the blow when she commands you to remove them...Perhaps a tilapia fillet?

I can do her a pair custom fit with leather soles.
I don't have many pictures of past work  available at the moment and would be willing to offer a discount to use photos of the finished work to advertise with. (ie: she takes a chance on someone who cant show her the quality of their work and get a nice fat discount for her trouble).

I just remembered...........there is a guy in Thailand that keeps emailing me, begging me to allow him to make me some custom boots. Maybe she could hook up with that guy!!![:D]

I've had a look at everyone else's suggestions and none are any good.
My advice is to buy online through the following 2 choices which in my mind are the best boots money can buy.
For GBP306.00 you can get any boot almost made measure in any colour and heel of your choice from an online store in the UK called http://www.burlesqueblue.com/sleek-thigh-high-p-81.html
This links directly to the thigh boots.
For around GBP160.50 you can get a standard off the peg model from another UK supplier. I think they get their supply from Leatherworks of London.  http://www.sky-scrapers.com/thigh_boots_Y1.htm They have a sale on now for GBP135.00
The guy who runs this site is called Martin and is very helpful, and like the other company i would be grateful if you would say you told you about their sites.
