Well I faced my fear and I came out   better for it. I took alittle from every ones advice and some of my own.  The man I spoke of contacted me and asked to see me, at first I said NO but as I got to thinking about it this was my chance to take back what was given. So I told him yes we could meet.  Well we met and when I walked in  I could tell what he wanted and I was not going to allow myself to get sucked back into his mind games,,, which he is way way to good in as he has a Masters in Phyco. but any way... I sat down and he asked me what was wrong and we chated for just a sec and then I got up  and begun to walk to the door. he stoped me and asked me why I was leaving. I told him I did what I came to do. I told him I only came to prove to myself that I could over come what he did to me and to ""change the locks""(thanks for that one guys) he started his bs and I just walked away with my head up high --- and made sure he saw my azz shake as I walked out of his life for ever,,, and I left him standing at his door with this look on his face LOL I will never for as long as I live forget that face it was priceless    SOOOOOOOO
THANKS BUNCHES TO ALL YAL!!!! WITH OUT YALL I WOULD STILL BE WONDERING !!!!!!! YAL ARE  GREAT!!!!!

With Warm Wishes I post this,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Way to go!

Best of Luck,

LaMalinche

Here there was only yourself; a soul buried alive. Nothing to comfort you but your own life. Screaming from the pain of the blows which battered him down might have stopped, but the internal scream of self-loathing could never cease.

Yay I am proud of you! Now if it was Me or one of my boys, I would go to a jewelry store and buy a tiny gold key, maybe one with some diamonds, and have that as a symbol that you are worth it, you have the power to change your own locks at all times, and that you and you alone always have a key.

Our subconscious is so primitive, that studdies show, it is much more effective to use symbols, then reasoning when trying to reprogram it.

Congrats Lady!  I am SO proud of you.  Would have loved to have seen the look on that guy's face.

I think CrouchingTigress has an EXCELLENT idea...if you can afford it, you really should do something like that.  If not...I know there are little 'key to my heart' baubles for sale inexpensively.  You should at least get yourself one of those.

Your strength is an inspiration.  Thanks for sharing!
