If you have questions about the Collarme side, please click the HELP button on that side, and if that doesn't answer your questions, click the SUPPORT link at the bottom of the page.

Generally, if you consider it spam (something randomly sent with no regard for the receiver), then report it using the REPORT button and for the reason, choose SPAM.

Then block the user and move on.

I would imagine that being springlight instead of winterlight, the posts would be longer and warmer.

That said, it's a little deficient in netiquette to do that right off the bat.
