police does not come from policy, no more than politic comes from poetic. at the root of the word it is dealing with an arm of the state, they share a shirtail relations in sibling fashion and not in ancestor progeny fashion they are related in the way that jutsu and do are related. one did not come from the other. you are simply and purely wrong.
