I was recommended to this site by a friend. I am hoping I can make new friends here and hopefully eventually meet someone in my area. I've already browsed the chatrooms, but I've found the users there to be unfriendly to newcomers, especially young ones. Most people I've chatted with on this site have spoken to me with an extremely condescending and contemptible tone, even though I treat them with the utmost respect. I already have been banned from a room for reasons I am not completely sure of. It has been slightly disheartening as of the late, especially since I am here to learn and make friends. Hopefully that will change though. Well, anyway...Send me a message if you have similar interests and want to get to know me. Thanks! :)

Hello there.  Sorry your experience to date has not been good.

I can't speak to the chat rooms because I haven't been there.  But the folks on the forums are pretty cheerful and welcoming.
