Your fetish is actually a pretty common one. You might find a discussion or two on this topic in the Ask A Mistress section or you might also want to look at the Health & Safety section.

I don’t think it’s dangerous as long as you and your Domme make sure that you can breathe and that your neck is well supported. Since you do not have a safe word, you might want to have a hand signal or a foot signal.

Start slow and experiment. Usually that is the approach to all relatively edgy stuff.
