Dressing Up All The Time... Another Fantasy?

Status: offline 		I'm trying to learn what is more "fantasy" vs. "reality" on these boards here.... so, the idea of a Male Dom coming home to a female sub/slave and every night finding her in miniskirt, stockings, high heels, etc.... is probably not realistic... correct?

Just some of the time when a D/s couple finds time to scene?

If the slave stayed home and took care of the house while the Master went to work all day, I don't see why she shouldn't or couldn't greet him in whatever manner He wished. 
 
Once upon a time, I stayed home all day and Master worked 3:00 am - noon.  Most of the time, He expected me to be bathed, nude and kneeling with cuffs on when He arrived home.  Sometimes He'd tell me I was to be bound to the bed by my ankle cuffs.  Sometimes He'd require other things.  I wouldn't dream of disappointing Him when it's something that is so easy to do and pleases Him so much.

Status: offline 		No, I mean I've only seen maybe one sub post that she wears "sexy" clothes for her Master every night. I just am thinking that the idea of a female slave getting all dolled up for her Master every single night barring circumstances like being sick or whatever or more fantasy than real life and am seeing if I am correct......I'm looking to get as close to a picture of an D/s household as I can......

Status: offline 		Well, if there are only the two of them in the home, and the slave does not work outside the home, I see no reason why that wouldn't be possible.  I know of quite a few who do live that way.

Conversely, I know just as many who have children in the home, and baby, that just is not the time for that until after the wee ones are asleep.

Status: offline 		i do not live with my Dominant, but the 2-4 times a week (on average) we spend together, i make an effort with my appearance, which is not something i generally used to do before i was with him. i dress up, sometimes leave my hair down (which is not something i do often because it's so long and thick, but He likes it), get my nails done, etc. if we lived together, i would probably be less stringent about dressing up all the time and being such a stickler about my appearance, but i would still make an effort. i know that when we are just hanging around His house He probably prefers that i'm a little more comfy and relaxed in whatever i am wearing, and that's fine, too. but i love to look nice for Him, and the times that i am able to be there when He comes home from work, i am ready however He wishes when He gets there.

Status: offline 		It probably depends on what the Master likes and where you live. I live in Texas where it is obviously very warm most of the year. I certainly have a better chance to dress more sexy than someone living in Maine in December.

Assuming your sub works than things like perfect hair, makeup and high heels are realistically just a fantasy. When I was owned I had a certain dress code for around the house. It was usually either just a mens button down shirt tied below my breasts and jeans  or a tank top and loose shorts.

Now many times maybe on a weekend if we were staying in or if my Master was coming home from a business trip I would go the extra mile with the extras and dress but generally speaking you do need to think about comfort and temperature when you are living with your slave day in and day out.

Status: offline 		It's not likely that this could happen every single night- you or she will get sick at one point and what's the use in making her put all that on when one of you is puking?

But there's no reason that this can't be a standing expected thing under normal circumstances if she doesn't work outside the home and there are no kids or other family responsibilities in the home.

For me though it would be boring- on nice summer days, don't you want to just go biking or trailing or swimming in the evenings and enjoy the long warm nights out together?  Sexy wear isn't really good for that.  Same thing every single day like that would eventually drive me crazy, knowing we weren't going to go out and do anything really active.

When we go out to a BDSM venue, I dress to the nines. When we are at home, I'm usually sans clothing all together unless I'm freezing and Himself has me put something on. Also, he won't let me cook if I'm naked. I have to have at least a blouse or shirt on in the kitchen and it's the only time I'm allowed to wear my hair up.  When we are involved in an S/m scene, clothing gets in the way, so I'm naked for those, too.

Status: offline 		This has recently been requested of me, thing is, for years, I've played in jeans an t-shirt, the only sexy clothes I have any more are night clothes. Think I'm gonna need a whole new wardrobe. And I never wear make-up, but he wants that too.

If they live together without children or other mitigating circumstance it is possible. In my previous collar whenever the children were away my Master expected this.

It could also be something simple.

During the day i am home with my Mistress doing normal household stuff so am usually dressed comfortably. Shortly before it is time for Master to arrive i shower, etc, then dress depending on our plans. If we are staying home usually a skirt or dress, no panties for instant access. If we are going out for normal activities like shopping, jeans, panties (this is a special delight for him, i hate panties, even though they purchase them strictly from Victoria's Secret), and a normal shirt.
For munches and such Mistress picks the outfit, something sexy, heels stockings and such. On weekends, or to surprise him after work sometimes she and i wear kind of matching lingerie, hers more formal, mine slightly more revealing. We have only adults in the house so sometimes just naked (my favorite outfit). 

I am in agreement with the general response here and saying it depends on the circumstance and the owners wishes.
