Well, there goes Disney.  Its latest movie has a woman in a sexual act with a frog.  Go ahead tell me a kiss ain't sex; if you're cute enough I'll come by and present my counter argument.

So, this site will not show disney movies now, as it violates their TOS?

Good point JW - I'm sure my Bible tells me that frogs are unclean - which can only add to the problem of inter-species romance as it pertains to family values.

Well let's see what this anti-gay measure is about, eh? The new provision seeks to require review of the final release version before granting the incentive (which the current law does not) and to explicitly define what the law intends by "family friendly" productions that are eligible for the incentive, namely...

those that have cross-generational appeal; would be considered suitable for viewing by children age 5 or older…and do not exhibit or imply any act of smoking, sex, nudity, nontraditional family values, gratuitous violence , or vulgar or profane language.

Oops, excuse me, I forgot to bold "nontraditional family values," which as everybody knows can only mean gays.

Carry on.

pathetic.

but then many movies are as well.

the film industry - I am sure will move on to friendlier laws.

I thought fl did not have income tax.

I'll let the FL State Rep (R) respond

"Precourt claims that his provision does not specifically target movies with gay characters but “asked if shows with gay characters should get the tax credit, he said, ‘That would not be the kind of thing I’d say that we want to invest public dollars in.’”

Tax dollars being the tax break to lure filmmakers to Florida

Besides, I thought the GOP was all about LESS GOVERNMENT more free market.  Seems they want even more control then they have now
