Hello and welcome to the boards OP... Humiliation is a subjective element unique to each individual. What is humiliating for one, is just foreplay for another. So with communication between you and your submissive on what is humiliation to your submissive (and also what areas may not be very conducive play material for either of you, then you can work up a nice humiliation scene or healthy play times using this as something positive that turns you both on. Your submissive may think going out of the house with any make-up on is humiliating, or it could be wetting herself in some way. It could be just talking dirty to her. You won't know until having a talk with her about this.
One thing to remember though, a lot of individuals decide to include the pubic into their humiliation play: whoring, flashing at bars, public nudity, etc.; just beware that laws exist and sometimes things can go not only wrong, but also damage other people on some level. An example: you have her strip down in a park somewhere with the hopes her getting caught, and there around the corner is a playground that has families and such present. She exposes herself and unexpectedly comes across some kids and their parents or such, who now have to respond or whatever else needed to explain to their 5-year old why there as a naked lady with a leash and collar being led around and peeing near a bush. And that is just the start of that...one step away from YouTube and the infamous picture for evidence to the authorities when they come a-knocking. Public displays are never good bringing vanillas into your kink. It's not a good practice and defies SSC ideals.
Have a nice talk to figure out what is something to work on and what is better to leave alone. She may have something in her past that could bring up some really bad memories. She may not have any bad memories but could have some nice dark fantasies worth exploring, especially with conceived notions about subjects and such. She could be feeling rather naughty about something and you can expound on that concept that even though may not be plausible in real life, is great play on a fantasy and humiliation-play level.
