Status: offline 		It is a beautiful morning here, my Lady was up early to exercise (go Her!), while her subbie boy slept in a bit (go me!).

We are at such an amazing time in our lives together right now.  We are doing a Total Transformation of our health and lives (check out www.transformation.com if you want to know more) and we have both lost weight, are bursting with energy, and it is just so very connecting to do something like this together!  I have done 6 miles this week and am off to do another 3 this morning!  YAYs!

We have a munch this Thursday where we will see wonderful friends in the lifestyle and have the opportunity to reconnect with them.  Have you been to a munch lately?  Ours our great!  I suspect those near you would be great too!  This weekend we are going to a Leather Magic fundraiser at The Enclave in Denver where we will see more wonderful people that we love!

Our dynamic continues to go strong and we just love it!

So I don't know how your morning is going, but I really hope that it is going at least TWICE as good as my morning is!  I am having a hard time keeping my feet on the floor I am so happy!

Status: offline 		This is a great post.. and thanks for brightening my day... my boy and I have lost a few pounds together too and are now embarking on an exercise program as well.

I have to say it isn't a bright and wonderful day for me.. .my Mom is in the hospital and when I woke up this morning I thought I was getting it together to start the 18 hour drive to be with her.  By 10am, I was cruising the internet for one way flights... so I'm at the airport now.  I think Mom is having surgery tomorrow, we'll see.  If you have a moment, keep a good thought for her.

My darling dear boy will do the driving and be down sometime on Friday to be with me for the weekend.  We may be coming back by Monday but we don't really know yet.

Great post... thank you.. it really made me smile...

My morning consists of stumbling half blind to the kitchen in search of coffee and milk. Making my way to the recliner and computer to wake up to the wonderful Collarme, emails here and there and try to sip hot coffee and wake up!

It was nice to find a thread such as this!

I'm ready for my second cup of coffee after a full morning. Got a good thread for that afternoon slump? I need a laugh now! lol Maybe I will stumble on down to humor for a bit!

Thank you Otter... you do brighten our world! Good going on that new life plan!

Status: offline 		Considering that this is the first morning this week that I didn't wake up at 3am, this morning is my good morning ;-)

Congrats to you both, Otters and SthrnCom4t, for getting fit. I need to get back to that... I realise that it actually boosts my mental abilities when I exercise. I'm been doing so much work and putting exercise to the side. No wonder I feel sluggish!

Way to go, Otter! I did the transformation contest last year on www.Iron-Dolls.com  What a blast that was! I didn't win but not from lack of trying!

Sometimes, this place can feel a little toxic if you take my meaning.  But our environments are created by US as a "community" and so we decide how we will build the energy of places in our environment.  This forum is one such place!

There is so much to BDSM that is good, true and life affirming!  OMG, that two people can share such intimate experiences together - going to edges of life that the majority of the world has no idea exists, or tries to get as far away from as possible!

We can and should celebrate it!
