The secret of this trick is that it can only be done by adolescents, while their bone density is lower. (See American Shaolin: Flying Kicks, Buddhist Monks, and the Legend of Iron Crotch: An Odyssey in the New China.)

I believe this two finger trick is the one I would like to see. Granted, the first one was cool, but I was expecting something a little bit different.
