Status: offline 		Wow I am one happy person. Just found that they have opened a store a couple of towns away selling all my favourite American food you can't normally get here. So tomorrow I am off to buy a couple of jars of Grape Jelly, a few bottles of Mountain Dew, a big box of Saltines and some Tootsie rolls. I am going to have a great Sunday

Status: offline 		Whee! You have enough sugar there, susie? Mountain Dew has a couple of new flavors, Baja Blast and Code Red. How about some peanut butter to go with the grape jelly? And does the store sell corn dogs?

Thats strange, I found the KitKats in Canada tasted stale compared to the UK ones.

Vendaval, no corn dogs. To be honest I don't think I have ever had one even on my trips to the US. I guess I have missed out on something.

I do not know about that, but he used to order it by the pounds (both in currency and in weight)

His waistline didn't like it..

Where exactly are those minds? Actually American liquorice can act as a laxative as well. My mother loved the stuff but avoided eating too much for that very reason.

Maynards wine gums are in Publix ... since it's pretty much the only sweets I ever buy ... life is good.

Yep the American jelly is Aussies (and UK) jam if I remember correctly.  And our jelly is your jello

I LOVE peanut butter cups and thankfully we have them in some shops here.  Angel gave me a big bag of them when I went and saw her and I think I had eaten all of them before I got back on the plane to go home....oops
