Status: offline 		It was not America that bombed Pearl Harbor...it was not America that marched 6 million Jews into the ovens...it was not America that tryed to conquer the world with the largest military and the atomic bomb after Japan surrendered.... it was America that rebuilt Europe, and Japan, and beat their swords into plow shares and built a nation that was the envy of the world..... but it is America that now has a government hell bent upon controlling every aspect of our lives, and it will be America that regains that freedom even if we have to shoot the thieving neighbor who tries to take our freedoms away.... I don't give one shit if the world likes us, or wants to emulate us..... but they will learn to fear those that are willing to kill those who would try to take our freedoms away.... and that includes the soicalist among us....make no mistake....you don't tread on me just like that old flag says..... and the Obama shit heads are going to be re-aquainted with that principal.... They don't own this nation, nor its produce..... and those that try to steal by actions or laws will bleed....profusely..... got a gun yet?....I do....

In those terms, he's just admitted that he was flying a helicopter rather than a jet because he was incompetent as a pilot, hasn't he?
Which is weird, as if they'd let John McCain play with six jets until he wrecked them, I can't imagine them being all that picky...

Ok, America DID drop the atomic bomb on Japan. That's pretty much common knowledge. As for the rest of this, W. & Co. went a long way to destroy our civil liberties, all in the name of "security".

He who would trade Liberty for security deserves neither.

Status: offline 		Unlikely, as the only reason you'd taken part in the liberation of Europe in the first place was to seize assets you hadn't earned. Still, as you say, it's a shame: you wouldn't have been missed if you hadn't taken part in the d day landings. Russia had already won the war by then anyway, and it would have given you more troops to waste getting your arses kicked all over the Pacific until Oppenheimer finally managed to make sense of Rutherford's work and let you take out a couple of Japanese cities.
