Status: offline 		ACTION ALERT: Jew Hater Amiri Baraka (who blamed Jews for 9/11) to teach at Lincoln Center's "Swing U"
Amiri Baraka (formerly Leroi Jones) has a long history of hostility toward Jews. An influential leader of the Black nationalist movement, Baraka has a long record of antisemitic, anti-American, and anti-white statements, going back many years.

Baraka was appointed poet laureate for NJ in July 2002, but the title was taken from him when Gov. James E. McGreevey signed into law legislation that eliminated the position. That move was prompted by public outrage over Baraka’s poem, “Someone Blew Up America.” Written in response to 9/11, it repeated an antisemitic conspiracy theory that blamed Jews and Israel for the attacks. Baraka’s poem was widely condemned, and state lawmakers, unable to fire the poet, instead drafted legislation to officially eliminate his position.

Amiri Baraka had a lot of guts to comment on 911. So the politicians had to take away his position in order to gag him? lol In any case his function also is a title that he can still use, much as army officers and presidents do when they retire.

Yes, there is a tenuous Israeli link to 911, but it is mostly a false trail - but interesting nevertheless. I do think that it is likely that various Americans of the Jewish religion - is Silverstein one such? - were involved, but in my opinion all people involved who are not of the Jewish religion but that have a circumcised penis, are also Jews.

Now I wonder: does Amiri Baraka himself have a circumcised penis? Does he hate himself?

I don't have much time because I gotta get up early and get my car out of impound because I loaned it to an asshole. But I will do the best I can, and please try to get it this time.

There is a very big difference between those who run Israel and the average Jew in the street there. It is just like here. The desires of the ruling class trumps our's every fucking day. Go ahead and hate Jews for what the Israeli government does, and you might as well hate me for what the US government does.

And we, like they, did what we did. Now we have to live with it. There is no going back. The only thing for us to see next, really is what it really is which is a class war. It is us commoners against "them". Until we can see that clearly, we will not make any forward progress in this - extremely important issue. We have the engine revved up to 5,000 RPM but the tranny is in neutral. We can't find a common ground nor even a common point to form any type of rallying point. We can't procure the cooperation and consent of the People without having some media outlet, which is controled by whom btw ?

For all I am concerned you can spend all day every day talking about republicans, democrats, and all this other shit, while the truth is right in your fucking face, which is that they are all the same. They are in a certain class and we are not,. How much plainer do I have to get ? They got us arguing over so many petty issues that as we supposedly watch them they can now use both hands to pick our pockets.

How the fuck can people be so blind ?

People are how they are and they do what they do. Define prejudice. If you see a guy with a seeing eye dog do you not assume he is blind ? If you see a person in a wheelchair do you not assume they cannot walk ? Other people are different, and I see recognizing ethnic difference in the same way, so maybe it is a matter of degree. If it is, that is a matter of contention, and what divides us further. The actual class war is more occluded from our view more than ever because of it. Things coudn't be better, but not for us.

Who is us ?

My Father (1938-2009) told me that hate is a waste of energy, and he was one of the most racist motherfuckers you could ever meet. I can rationalize the living shit out of that. People are different, I am not afraid to say so. But I wouldn't have it any other way. I cherish those differences, and like hanging with people of different ways etc.

I can no longer bring myself to hate. Love, well I dunno.

Status: offline 		OK, let's go there. Why do some people become succesful commercial musicians ? I mean let's really go there. Anybody with a decent amount of talent who will apply themselves to the task can make it, get into the musician's union. Not sure what they make but I imagine it is twenty or thirty bucks an hour, and it is probably not the same for all. You get a gig as backup for a good singer, who's name is the byline, not a group name, you could preform flawlessly and not have fifteen millseconds of fame.

To move out of that CLASS and up into a better one, you need to get your name on the album cover.

Do you think Bill Gates is the top sofware writer in the world ? Hell no. He has a mansion full of immigrants to write code working on H1B visas. They do the work and he can just sit at his desk and do whatever he damn well pleases. Why ? Because he is in a different class.

I know a couple of rich people who revere him like some sort of a Messiah or something. What Gates really did was to jump a class, which is rare indeed. He started out as a punk kid with alot of ideas. His first company I know about was Traffometer, which was very simple. It failed eventually but Billy Gates did not starve to death obviously. He jumped from being a proletariat to bourgeoisie. But did he really ? Do you understand real wealth, and that there are people on this planet who can buy and sell him with pocket change ?

But is that the real definition ? How much money ? I don't think so. It may take some serious capital to feel bourgeoisie but did you really make it ? Did you stop selling your time ? That is the proletarian way, to sell OUR time. That's all we got because we don't have a machine making money for us. I believe that to be the true difference, rather than a dollar amount.

And real power is something that very few really have. There is a guy in China that could kill our economy with the stroke of a pen. There is a guy in Israel who can do the same. There is a guy in Germany who could wound us very badly, and as we sold our economy to the world, many such people now exist. So in a way, our whole country is one made up of proletarians. The wealth required to climb back up to bourgeoisie status will never be created in the current system.

That means practical enslavement, and friends I do not assert that this is going to happen soon. I assert that it already has !

Argue all you want, but if I have to go to work tomorrow, I bet you do as well. What is this "have to" mean ? You got it baby. And how the People handle the situation is important. As Germany goes to four day work weeks, people in the US clamour for overtime, many working weekends, lots of people work, but their olady must also work to support their lifestyle, most of which is supposedly made of the finest plastic.

You got a $5 million dollar home ? Think you're King shit or something ? Call me when you buy an island. A big one. Opulence is a very relative term.
