They signed in they pay. You and I do not have to, but I am not going through all that shit again. Of those who pay, it is time for them to demand representation and do something about it. I have nothing to say because I am not in that venue. I figure I'd probably support their cause, but really what can I do ? The IRS code says what it says and if you sign any form that starts with a W, like a 2 or a 1040 of any variety, you are in their clutches. Dead Man walking. If you didn't sign maybe something can be done, but after the fact you have very limited avenues. One thing that could help them is to swing it around in court, the amendment "may lay and collect taxes" or something like that. It says TAXES, it does not say penalties nor interest. I have heard of people, even staying within the system using this argument who won, and one is a friend of a friend. She couldn't get out of the system because the the nature of her business and income. But she did flat out offer the taxes and absolutely refused to pay the penalties and interest. "Here is the tax money, if you put me in jail it is for penalties and interest". They would be reluctant to do so for obvious reasons. You have no idea what kind of hell I could give them, because that is even by the strictest of definitions a debtor's prison. You can then assert that you are imprisoned for arbitrarily imposed fees, and usury. When my turn comes, I'll let you know how it goes. They are not playing with kids, but ....... If anyone walks out of there after paying four cents, they are then a target. I told you not to fuck with those people until and unless you really know what you are doing. That is good advice, take it. T
