PROMIS - precursor to Ptech & then Agile Software Development An accurate dissertation of the PROMIS software, which is the foundation of the Global Information Grid Infrastructure, the creation of which was the primary motive for the New World Order to carry out the 9/11 Black Operation mass murder inside job from Cheyenne Mountain by remote controlling the planes and using this software to put fake radar blips on the screens of the FAA and NORAD, as well as fully commandeering the National Airspace System (NAS), and subsequently blaming the attack on "intelligence failures" and a "lack of interoperability", or that the "computers weren't able to talk to each other" i.e. lack of "information sharing".

PROMIS software is still just about the penultimate, even though it came out years ago. It is illegal to sell it to certain contries to this day. Saddam got a copy from an Isreali spy for a hefty price I might add. Most of our allies have it, and it gets around so we are in trouble.

This is a dangerous weapon that uses heiruristic reasoning to actually predict movements in strategy in war, and has the skill to make an over the horizon nuke hit it's target. It is touted as THE best national defense software in the world and is very costly even if you are able to buy it legally. It is a total package. Very comprehensive and something that Bill Gates can't even steal. If he had a half hour running this his pants would be wet.

The original PROMIS software is about eight years old at least I think. I don't know about updates, but in all that time I suppose there have been some. It is not generally advertised to say the least.

One of the reasons that PROMIS is so sensitive is because on a network or the web or whatever, PROMIS recognizes itself and will connect like a P2P network, assuming that ANY holder of the program is automatically a friend, not a foe. This may have changed in later versions, but was true of the early versions and predicated a big security loophole, through which three camels and a lear jet could pass through.

It runs in many places in the world, albeit with some of the "features" disabled. I saw what looked like it on P2P, but two reasons, well three that I didn't get it. First of oll of course it will need a keycode which I don't have, unless it was embedded in a rar file or something. Second of all, a song or a movie is one thing, sharing something this valuable on a P2P makes no sense, even to me, and you know how fucking radical I am. Thirdly, I simply don't need it. I have no ICBMs to send, for it to calculate troop movements and compensate as my missile heads across the globe. I'm a bit short on missiles right now.

This was a big issue when it first came out, but now since the intelligence agancies worldwide are aware of it, it doesn't mean shit. Other software is out there and some of it is better, and most of it is newer. I would just take this moment to jab at Bill Gates, to mention that this does not run inside of Windows. :-)

I am about to email my guru about a couple of other things. All I have said is not proven but pretty sure, but this guy can tell me the truth. Is there anything I should ask him ?

Buzzword bullshit

PROMIS: a very powerful program to track people.
Ptech: a software development company that may have been involved in funding terrorists.
Agile software development: A group of methodologies for defveloping software.

IOW 3 unrelated terms the author counted on none of the readers knowing anything about. BTW none of them could remote control planes or put false returns onto radar screens.

Don't a lot of the alphabet agencies in your country refuse pointblank to use Windows if they can avoid it? I know that NASA would rather send up somebody with a slide rule and an abacus than try to run flight software in windows, and the NSA won't touch it with a bargepole.

Yeah- ask him that if this software is so good- why didn't we win the Iraq and Aphgan war.

You don't need termy's guru to explain that one: you're getting nowhere because you're incapable of committing the amount of ground troops you'd need to achieve anything. You can't fight insurgents successfully with guided missiles and drones instead of grunts.

ROTFLMAO

PROMIS is not about military strategy. It was originally designed to be a prosecutors tool for tracking his case load, the acronym stands for PROsecutors Management Information System. All it does is integrate data found in seperate databases and allow very flexible searches. It's primary claimed use outside of federal prosecutors offices is by intelligence agencies which use it to track people through a variety of data sources.

Just once I'd love to read something written by Termy that wasn't him simply making shit up.

Well glory be, those who know everything but refuse to teach except by insult.

You people whio think you know it all, you don't even know all of the features of the OS you now use, right this minute. Did you know that I can use MY certain version of XP to unformat a harddrive, repair the boot sector and return the OS to service ? I have done it. All your blathering means nothing. So you all know every function of a program that cost more than your house, that you don't even have nor perobably ever seen nor used ?

I guess Mars does not exist because I can't see it right now. Who took Mars ? Who took the sun, it's 9:30PM and I can't see hide nor hair of it. Therefore it doesn't exist. Who destroyed it ? I know it was there earlier. Fess up now.

Read and think carefully termy. Why would anyone add the features you claim to a database manipulation tool? They wouldn't. It makes no sense. PROMIS is a pwerful tool in its specific domain but it isn't some amazing piece of software capable of doing anything.

For instance it is not a network aware program, it was intended for deployment on isolated mainframes, and does not by any report include your claimed P2P stuff. It is also not something you saw on a fileshare in a few rars. it was never run on any commonly deployed PC OS, only on Prime and VAx systems.

Finally it is horribly obsolete. The basic software was written in the late 1970's and even teh enhanced VAX version dates from around 1985. This predates an enormous amount of technology.

To put paid to all this BS, PROMIS was renamed first FOIMS and later ACS by the FBI and the obsoloscence of PROMIS was considered a contributing issue to the failure of the intelligence agencies to stop the 9/11 attacks by the 9/11 commission.

Which is precisely why I have been taking stuff off the board.

I withdraw this thread.
