I don't know. I've known a gay man who served a woman before. I don't know if he found her to be sexy though...lol. He did however enjoy the service aspects of the relationship and she enjoyed male on male action so he had some gay sex...worked for them. This could be legit. I don't believe it is in this case, but it is possible.
