I'm jumping the gun here lass but it is the Review Team who review and I'll quote from the job description here:

To check for all the behind the scenesvolunteers in CM you go to the home page onthe opther side and there is a new feature there on the side bar called "Get Involved" when you click on it you'll get the full list of Volunteer Positions  listing all jobs like it is above and showing if there are vacancies etc.

<<<Roars with Laughter>>>  Good point I’ll give you ½ a point for that one….  If you look at what I was ranting about, it was not at one person but at the many who claim to be Doms and yet open up with their winging and whining because they cant get an early strike in finding people….. I don’t know how long you’ve been reading the forums, but if you have for a while you’d see the recent progression of them compared to many months with very few…. Yes I get pissed about it and I’m only one of many. I’m just the bloke who says what he thinks, and unless no one wants to argue the toss I leave it alone.. It would have been a flame if the entire rant was aimed atone person and I’d probably have been kicked out by the Mods…. Will I do so again hell yes in one form or another.. I agree with you entirely....well, not entirely....Im not so bothered about seeing pics of men. Call Me crazy. But the other bit-I agree with that, its strange, dont you think?, and conenient too; to say "We dont mind seeing naked or partly clothed pics of women,but not of men", it makes it ok to keep churning them out and I dont think most women feel particularly empowered by it.

How about simple economics
1. CM is supported by advertising, generally advertising of the internet porn variety
2. Straight men are overwhelmingly the largest consumers of internet porn
3. Straight men want to look at tits not man-boobs
Seems rather obvious to me.

By the by, why is it so damned important to you to have your bare chested pic up that you would submit it "over and over". No means no. Who knows why it was rejected, is there perhaps something objectionable in the background? Do you have a tattoo that they may be objecting too? It may not be the fact that you have no shirt on you know. then again it may just be that you are old, fat and hairy like me....and nobody wants to look at that [:'(]

I've tried mine many times.  It's me, from the shoulders up.  I'm slightly obscured by blur and shadow, but only so that you can't see my eyes very clearly.  It's much more clear than at least half the photos out there.  Heck, some people's photos are sillouettes, and they're working fine.  Or they're standing down the beach 100 yards, and all you can see is the basic shape of their body, no details.  This is a closeup of my upper body and face.  I'm attractive, not doing anything weird, not under 18, and so on.  I agree that there is bias.  I have tried different versions of the photo, cropped it in other ways, rotated, etc.  It's simply a young attractive dominant male.  I think they believe they have enough people like that already, and aren't allowing any more. 

This cuts me the wrong way, because this community should NOT be discriminating, let alone the vanilla world.  We've got enough of that crap going on against us, let alone doing it to ourselves!  :(

And is it discromination?   i doubt it, they let me post pics of me, and lord knows they don't need more ugly old longhairs on the site (though since ironBear cut his hair and trimmed his beard maybe I am the only one...so who knows you may be right)

I've recently noticed girls with photos of their legs, or just their eyes, or just a foot.  Some have a photo which is just a darkened sillouette. 

I recently contacted "support" and was told to follow the rules and my photo would be accepted.  I tried again and it was denied again, even though it was different from the last one used.  Very discouraging.

Obviously if you keep getting rejected for what you submit, there is something that you are not doing in order to comply with the rules. I am sure the fine people at Collarme are not sitting there scheming things up to plot against you. If you want to get all discouraged and upset that is your choice but it serves no purpose and honestly it wears itself thin after a while.

Well, its kinda uneven; I took a 250mm zoom on my cock, and the Mods told me it was not up to community standards.........the pixel scanner did not do fractal enhancement, but they had wanted to hire an attorney, a flash/java programmer, an administrative assistant and others , to try and get me a gilr who would believe that it was a big unit...

Just for me guys.......think about that.
