One word - bolt cutters. Nothing can stop a man from getting out of a chastity device he really doesn't want to be in if he doesn't care if the Domme knows he defied her. Unless it's one of those ridiculously expensive belt units that shields the lock so you can't get at it with cutters. Even then you could learn to pick the lock.

I've actually done that with a switch friend in another city. I had the key the entire time, so it was based purely on her saying when. And yes, it was very hot for both of us.
