It would be really fun to actually have someone out here that I could get into a "real" debate on advance issues instead of all this wawa crybaby crap all the time from people who dont know the difference between a democracy and a republic or privileges and rights.

Oh please. You can't put together two coherent sentences and have never yet presented anything but bald assertions about any of your claims.

If you want to dsicuss "advance issues" then I suggest you present one rather than linking to a video. I'd even be willing to formally debate you on any topic related to US history or the US constitution. Of course the rules would have to include sourcing of material and a requiremnet of no ad hominen and that only a single topic would be discussed.

You will of course run from such an opportunity like a scalded dog.

Get serious!

and who is the judge of what information is credible...... you?

Simple. I'll name one judge, you name one judge and they choose a third. Of course all must agrree to particpate and there would have to be real rules laid down.

I havent seen anyone on here who is remotely familiar with rules of evidence

what a farce that would be.

We could always do an arbitration tribunal under good old fashioned English law, wihch may after all turn out to to be the most suitable jurisdiction; I even volunteer to be an arbitrator. I have all the rules of evidence here before me and theyre available online too for participants to check against. To be decided is what the level of proof should be - beyond reasonable doubt or balance of probabilities - I think the former has to apply in such a serious case with such ramifications, and we also need a claim or charge to test.

If no one here measures up to your standards why do you continue to post?

A LAY OPINION is admissible only if limited to inferences based on witnesses' own perception and if helpful in explaining witness’ story. An EXPERT OPINION is admissible only after the expert is qualified as such.

RELEVANT EVIDENCE is generally admissible unless it is unfairly prejudicial, may confuse the issue, or waste the court’s time.

These are the rules of evidence which generally leaves Real0ne out of the picture.
