I think Lady Ellen asks the question that should be the main question in any health care legislation of the US. Any effort to reform healthcare without analyzing what it costs and (even more importantly) where the money goes makes no sense. Regrettably Obama approach practically ignores this simple thing. What should it cost? For US the most likely answer would be: it should cost about 40% less compared what it costs today. This reduction of the cost estimate would be based on what other developed countries spend having better results.
