Perhaps it would be good for her to attend some BDSM community events and have a good look at the various breasts that are displayed and represent the "masses". There are more large-breasted women out there than flat-chested girls. When breast-bondage is involved, you're better off with bigger breasts...the bigger the better. Huge breasts can be sometimes looked at on many levels as not only to be tenderly handled, but also depending on the subject; more intensive play can be done to them. You're going to find those that prefer small breasts to big breasts, but I think that ratio is smaller than your friend may believe.
Once she sees how many women out there are like her (some may well be envious of her endowments as well), then she may not be so self-conscious about it all. Embrace the breast! A good discussion would be to find out when she started having problems with her self-image on this subject, and let her know that its' not the case (since this negative image most likely stems from a negative experience that traumatized her on some level). I suppose that if you posted a poll on CM concerning breast preferences, you'd find a lot of men and women who would side with the biggin's. Good luck!
