It was not meant to be legally binding... It was meant to create a thorough understanding between the 2 engaging.
Huge list of what the top and bottom would and would not do, what was acceptable, also emergency contact numbers, allergies (like latex) etc.
I had a copy somewhere and can't find it now, wondering if someone can send it to me, or send me something like it,

There tons of contracts out there just about all of them with the things you are looking for...how do we know which one you are talking about?

You can always google....it will give you tons....It's what I did when I was putting together a contract.

I just read a few and made my own, making my own fit me better than one meant for someone else.

Okay what they said, but you can find some on bdsm and femdom sites too. I remember seeing slave contracts posted on GoddessClub.com but not sure what page it was on. Try their advice section. Tons of stuff there.

Its more like I am a parent and university student with a full time job, so I don't have my own computer to shift through the thousands of hits I got off of google.
I do this through a phone so forums are of course easier to navigate than the websites.
This explains the spelling as well.

No there are plenty of people to insult in my personal life.

Gotta admit I threw out one of my personal annoyances without confirming what gender you were.

I find Laziness (Mind you this is still what I think of your actions) to be unacceptable no matter the excuses.

The truth is you are asking everyone here to do something that you can more appropriately find for yourself. In fact the fact that what you are asking about is a contract, something that should be more personal and less carbon copy, one that anyone that I know actually even bothers to use such a questionable item would be better off actually writing out themselves.

Did I insult you? if so that was your decision, what I did was point out the extream laziness of asking a forum for something that should be so personal only you and the other party signing it should even know where to start looking for what should be in it.

Something I would expect a University Student with or without a Full time job to understand.

Am I a Troll? Well I have been called worse. In the end make of me what you will. I'm not here to hit on you, not here to do your research for you either. I'm just here to put my two cents on the things that spark my interest. This one did.

The two of you need to write one up yourselves. Because it is in the writing of it, the clarifications made when you don't understand exactly where each other is coming from that allows it to work for you. There are no short cuts available to make a good relationship.

You could have a preprinted contract ten pages long, but it isn't legally binding so it doesn't matter. What matters is what both of you agree to, your responsibilities as well as hers. Otherwise don't even bother.

It sounds like what the OP is looking for is a BDSM checklist.
Something that is not a contract per se but a scene negotiating tool?

I just wanted to get some ideas of what should be included I'm still unsure what the problem is if I wanted information from different sources.... I wasn't asking anyone to look it up for me, I was just asking if someone had one on hand.
I used to have mine on the desktop, if someone posted what I did, I would not see the problem with clicking open, copy, paste and submit.

Just keep on mind, the many BDSM contracts that are widely available are simply templates which you and a potential partner can and should modify to suit the agreements which you both agree to abide by. Many do prefer to sit down and draft on from the ground up and others prefer to use a premade one and then modify it to apply to their dynamic.

I have a scene I do where a sub fills in a purity test.  It talks both about what she has done and what she would enjoy.   There is no contract involved, it is more of a way for me to get into her mind.
