If I am not mistaken, she has adopted some kids. At least she has family photos on her web page. She also seems to spend a lot of time with the kids, something a few bio moms I know could learn a lesson from.
Not sure what all the ranting about her comments are coming from though. She said she is for the right of a women to choose. Well I'm not up to date on Celebrity Statuses... my immediate environment is more important to me. I know she had massive issues with adopting a girl she was the foster mother of. Hopefully that is resolved. She also had at least one child by artificial insemination.
Bottom line, she advocates for women choosing regardless of what her own choice would be. I don't see anything wrong with this. In fact, I find it noble and yes, I agree with you thishereboi, she does set some very good examples.
