How could you not know that some might find your disrespect insulting...not so much to the man himself but to the office he hold and the country of which he is the elected leader(and before any bright light comes along with some nonsense about Bush...go find a post in which I referred to our than President in such a fashion)

How can you claim that it is his birth name? Gee I thought no one had his birth certificate? Seems you can not have his birth name unless you have proof of it And how come no one who supports the GOP calls Jindal by his birth name?
