On a serious, and non-submissive note, I'd say a lot of the attraction is two-fold: if a man has a foot fetish, giving a massage not only gets him close to a woman's feet, but gives him the opportunity to do something that makes her feel good.

I think you really would be surprised at how many people do have foot fetishes.  Aside from areas of the body that would be covered by a bikini, feet probably top what's left of the list for someone to have a fetish about.  Sure, every once in a while, you'll hear someone call themselves a leg man, but you'd be amazed at how many find the feet to be erotic.  Which, actually makes sense, as the feet have nerves that are easily stimulated.  (Ever notice how many people are ticklish on their feet, even if they aren't ticklish in general?)

Thanks for writing LadyPact, yes I am surprised and amazed, and I had not thought about the nerve aspects of feet, it does make sense in that regard.  I just wish I had known all those years I was waitressing begging my boyfriend to massage my feet after being on them for 12 hours straight, all I needed to do was go to the fetish club! For me it is about knowing my place, I don't feel like I can enter a woman but I do feel it is appropriate to be at her feet worshipping her and in particular offering a massage is therapy/empathy after a long day in heels.

Most of us subs/foot fetishists would be happy to massage a lady anywhere. But starting with the feet has two advantages. It is our fetish and being low puts us in a servile state of mind.
