I don't consider myself a tight ass at all. I have a mouth like a truck driver and can shame a grown man with my language. However, there is a time and place for simple good manners and proper behavior. Such as when you address the Congress. Rahm Emanuel may have him beat. He has a plaque in his office that says "Undersecretary for Fuck You All", or something like that. When Katie Couric asked him if he swore alot around Pres Obama, he hesitated a second, then said that he didn't while in the Oval Office. "Well, maybe once that I can remember", he added. [X(]

I would bet it goes back even further than that... just think about some of the heated discussion that have occurred in the oval office over the years.[;)] I can't think of any examples of such though at a bill signing, much less by the side that won the battle on the bill.
