subcuriouscal -> Simple to extreme cage and cell ideas. (3/23/2010 6:53:25 PM)

i am a big time fan of time spent securely and safely caged or in a larger more accomodating cell. I've helped numerous people create such spaces, and its much easier than  most people would think. For those with space for it, it is very reasonable and fairly simple to create a custom cage or cell using readily available materials and tools. If I can offer any advice, or ideas, let me know! I've assisted with cement, steel, and plexi glass designs and construction. All of them very secure (a maximum security facility would be impressed lol) to designs that offer emergency releases from the inside. Its a passion to create these ultimate methods of bondage... D

Too much work by far. I prefer a logging chain attached to a heavy ring bolt and a locked steel collar. It's pretty hard to remove your head to escape from such a set up.

Smutmonger,

Very true, and effective lol. The most fun I've had creating however, was a complete steel mesh enclosed living space. To my knowledge, its still a well earned living space for a special girl...

What do you think about a bamboo cage?

I'd love to hear more about the space you designed.  I enjoy dreaming up ideas for extensive cages myself.

Are you interested in an artistic style of cage, or something you'd expect to see in a Vietnam POW camp? I love the idea, bamboo would be a new material for me to work with, but it'd be a great challenge and alot of fun creating!

I'll try and get some pictures up. My best work yet involved 8ft by 8ft steel mesh panels, the type used to build heavy duty construction fencing. These were being thrown away by a construction company, so we took them and put themt o good use. We welded the pieces together two panels long and one wide creating an very effective cell 16ft by 8 ft. My friends slave, when not at work or in service, spends her time there safe and sound. We developed this into his houses basement. after positioning it where he wanted it, we installed anchor bolts into the concrete at one foot intervals, and created concrete forms encompassing the floor bolts and the bottom 6 inches of the panels as well as 3 inches either side of the panel, mixed concrete, and poured it into the forms creating a very permanent, and inescapable cell. We cut a section of the panel 6 ft tall and 4 feet wide and welded a frame and railing for it to slide back and forth on creating a secure door. The door is locked a heavy locking latch and padlock. As a safety measure, we made a duplicate of the key and build a small balsa wood box and hung it in the top corner of the cell. The only way to get the key is to smash the box, but in case of fire or other emergency, there is a way to escape quickly, but not without evidence of the escape. After it was created, he added quite a few luxuries to the cell to allow for comfortable long term confinement. He's asked me to help install a sink and toilet to the cell, thats a project for later this year...
