Hmm - are you referring to genuine 'you did something wrong and need to learn from your mistakes' discipline or are you referring to 'oh, you naughty little boy' play discipline?
i'm not a Domme so i can't help ya out very much in regards to the actual discipline. However, i'm a subbie with a good imagination that's done age play before so i can help you out in the latter.
Some ideas that come to mind....
Be made to wear little girl outfits and have pictures taken to reinforce that you're So & So's little girl. Have one of them left in the car/home/wallet that you have to take out at a certain point during each day to reinfoce that you're not a big boy, you're actually the little girl in the pic.
Do some AR with a twist. Buy some locking AB wear (bunting bags with locking closures, rubber pants with a chain & lock on them, etc). Be double diapered then given laxatives & diuretics to make things a bit tense ([;)]) for ya. Remember only really good little girls get unlocked & changed properly! [:D]
If your budget allows it and you want to do a great deal of AR - invest in some AB furniture. Some of these also come with locking/caging mechanisms so that the discipline play can be incorporated along with it.
That's about all that'll come quickly & easily to mind - try checking some 'net groups to find like-minded people who will most likely be very happy to swap stories & ideas with you.
