So why do we need so many new IRS employees ? It must just be part of the stimulus plan ?

I don't see where they'd need anything other than the billing codes.

You keep this stuff off Google the same way corporations do - firewalls, VPNs, etc.  You can't Google my work documents.

I have a feeling that (judging by the way government always works) with the expanding powers of the Federal Government over our health care that those who feel they need to know will form into an ever growing circle.

And you didn't read what I wrote. Yes searchable BY DOCTORS AND OTHER MEDICAL STAFF. It doesn't mean out on the net it means in hospitals accessable by those who have the program and a password. Medical records cannot be put on the internet, it violates doctor/patient confidentiality. Geez Sanity I thought you had more common sense than that!

I have an idea...

We put bar codes on every man, woman and child in the US and everytime someone gets a scan their complete medical, financial and political record comes up for examination.

this ought to make pahunk and realone happy

That's exactly the problem, "I have a feeling".

Too much of this health care debate has been about unsubstantiated things people believe might happen.

It is very clear. The federal government via the IRS will now have access to everyones health care records.

Then show us that Servant.

As in facts, documentation, citations to prove what you are saying.

Or is this another something Rush whispered in your ear?

I usually don't do requests but this one is a special case.

IRC sec. 6055(b)(2), as added by H.R. 3590, sec. 1502(a).

Psst... but don't worry we are all just paranoid fringe elements.

Do you think that it is just a coinsidence that the IRS is hiring 16,500 new agents as this bill is being signed ? Part of this bill is to force everyone to buy insurance, ( or be fined ) . The federal government will now have access to your insurance records and medical records. That is what this is all about..Read Popeye's thread.." now this is scary".. He is a senior democrat and this is their mindset..

It is scary that you actually read one of popeye's threads. What is wrong with you?

Start a thread Domi...a subject that involved would of necessity need its own thread.

Where exactly does this say the IRS or any other government agency has access to your health records?

The only thing this does is give a mandate to the IRS to monitor and enforce the health insurance requirement.

Gosh, the WSJ is right. With just a basic internet search, I just found out that Domiguy's family doctor measured his endowment at 12" .

That's not a Doctor I would trust...he obviously has vision problems....and it would follow dosing issues.

It's funny what a few dollars will do to embellish one's health, length and girth.

You know I spent top dollar on that doctor. How could he have left out the info about my girth?
