if you are home when the mailman gets there take your cell and the video -- walk out to him and say where is my parcel you keep saying you are continuously trying to deliver to me when i have been home? Get it all on video and his name and then call the post office if he claims not to have it. Do this every day until you get your parcel, then write to everyone you can think of in the post office with a copy of the videos and documenting all that transpired adn tell them you want your postage back.
